I have seen how a mailmerge can be done from Word to Outlook, using contacts that are in Outlook. For what I need to do, this would be very impractical, or I would have to creat a large number of contact lists. Is it possible for Outlook to use a list of contacts from an Excel spreadsheet? I already have a spreadsheet for each separate group of contacts, so it would similar to doing a mailmerge from Excel into a Word document.
If this is not possible, is there any way to put the e-mal address in the Word document and have Outlook read it from there?
