    Hi,

    I’m trying to produce Avery 5160 labels from an Excel list using Word 2003. However, the Word setup does not include the mail merge wizard, so I downloaded the Avery template for old versions of Word from the net. I’ve successfully set up the label format with the data to be imported (just three columns, which Word combined into a single “AddressBlock” field), but the preview displays just the first label even though I see that all the data is being imported/merged. Printing just results in hundreds of pages, each with a single label, instead of a few sheets of labels, all nicely populated.

    Any clue as to how to fix this?
