Microsoft Access database template for marking university student assignment work

Hi Database Gurus,
I am a lecturer, and a database tyro.
I figure that someone must have created a Microsoft Access database marking template that I could download: but if so, I can’t find it.
I am wanting something that will enable me to (a) enter a load of common marking comments then, when I am marking (b) check only the relevant comments and summarise them so I can cut and paste my selected bundle into my student marking feedback form.
Does anyone know of such a beast?
