AskWoody_MVPOctober 1, 2019 at 3:49 pm #1970530Ok woody & gborn, I’m now getting the same printing problem with the KB4516077 update for 1809 [just like with KB4522016 or KB4517211 for 1903] when attempting to print a document to my family’s HP Envy Photo 7858 printer thru a wireless or Wifi connection. I’m now considering removing the KB4516077 update off my Win10 v1809 computer.

AskWoody PlusOctober 2, 2019 at 7:09 am #1971119Win 8.1 Home with several years old HP printer. Twice got some strange error code. Thought my printer had deceased, but after turning off and on it seemed to recover and printed ok. Never had this before and saw this report so it must be this update. So far have not had the issue with my Win 10 Home 1903 on a new Epson printer.

AskWoody LoungerOctober 3, 2019 at 1:06 pm #1973408Woody, I am using network printer Xerox WC 7845. Print driver is universal PS. Before installing September CU everything works fine.
When I open any pdf document from network disks in Adobe Reader DC or FoxIt Reader and try to print, active window of program freezes and it is not even possible to force stop hang processes. a temporary solution to log off or reboot. But printing starts to work after reverting back before install of CU. Also the same issue in Internet Explorer when trying to call a print procedure. Freezes the active window of IE 11.Microsoft just publish new updates for printing issue before regular 2d Patch Tuesday.
