I am using the GetAddress method of VBA to return an address from Outlook. When someone selects a Distribution List from the dialog box, I was wondering how to search for all the names in that list? I am having trouble using the Outlook model to look up all the names within the list. Can someone help?

Hmmm. scratch Assuming that your question follows from the thread at post 324474, I don’t see a simple solution, because the GetAddress method returns a string of the addresses, which makes it complicated to point to the DL’s indiviual ‘Parent’ Contact Items.

What if I use the GetAddress method to return only one name? Is it possible to access the DistListItem by using its name? I am having trouble using this collection.
