NEC USB 3.0 Host Controller Utility Program 2.x (and others)

I run Secunia PSI to keep my laptop up to date. Just recently although Secunia says I’m 100% up to date it shows a score of less than 100%. It says that NEC USB 3.0 Host Controller Utility Program 2.x (version 2.1.19.0) as constantly updating.

It shows the same for Renesas USB 3.0 2.x (version 2.1.19.0) and I presume these 2 items are connected in some way as the version numbers are the same, although I suppose that could just be a coincidence.

In addition Driver Package Installer (DPInst) 2.x (version 2.1.0.0) shows it constantly updating.

Can I safely uninstall any or all of these 3 items, or do they need updating manually? The more I search on the net the more confused I get.

My Renesas USB3 Controller is identified as Renasis uPD720202. At station-driverssite it shows the latest update is 3.0.23.0. The update will very much be related to the uPDxxx number.
Perhaps you might look yours up there.
