Access 2016 via O365. I have a form for entering data. One of the fields needs to have an entry if another field has a particular value, otherwise it can remain blank. It doesn’t appear I can do this using validation, either in the table or the form. Is there an easy way of doing this? The value of the second field can be as simple as “Make an entry”, it’s just a reminder to do it. Or it could refuse to leave the field if the other field’s text is the particular value. Macro or VBA is acceptable.
