Trying to import addresses from Excel spreadsheet into several different distribution lists.

    One header row.

Addresses in different chunks below header row.

Defining names with header row and chunk of addresses below.

Now outlook not recognising any named range except contiguous range at top of list.

Wondered if it was something to do with back conversion by Excel 2007, so went back to old PC with Excel 2000 to define named ranges afresh, but still not recognised.

Can find no documentation that says that named ranges need to be contiguous.

    Any advice?

    Thanks
