After a recent seriously bad experience with downloading and installing OneDrive, and finally repairing most of the issues created when I uninstalled it, I’m currently left with one Outlook 2019 issue which is more of an inconvenience than a fatal problem. My Outlook home page currently displays two sections in the folder list at the left side of the screen. One is labeled as “Outlook” and the other as “xxxx@verizon.net” which is of course my email address. See attached screen shot. The problem is that all current activity: receipts, drafts, deletes, sent, and outbox items are going to folders on the second list while all saved emails are contained in the Action Required, Awaiting Reply, Deliveries Pending and Don’s Saved folders in the first list. I would really prefer to have only one list that contains both current and saved emails. I don’t care which list, and if they can be combined, I’d like to delete the other list.
I hope someone can advise if my wishes are possible and, if so, how I might accomplish it.
