We have a computer that has the Users Email ID setup for their use. In addition, there are two other Email ID’s we want them to view and print from this computer. They will be the ONLY ONE who will view the other two id’s. We would like for these two additional Email ID’s to be accessible when we click on an individually assigned folder in the inbox with their name labeled on the assigned folder. If anyone can be of assistance it is greatly appreciated. I do not know how to go about doing this. I posted this on outlook express orginally thinking we were going to use it, but Outlook is the way we are going to do it. Thank You very much in Advance, JohnL

Simply set up the other two accounts the same way that you set up the first: using Tools|Services [Corporate/Workgroup mode] or Tools|Accounts [Internet Mail Only mode]. Then set up a Rule “with specific words in the recipent’s address” – using Tools|Rules Wizard to deliver the mail to the designated folder(s). HTH
