Adobe Reader X is the new one. 9.4 is the patches for existing Adobe.

The empty music content on the iPhone after an update is not unique (for me anyway) to the latest OS update. This has occasionally occurred for nearly as long as I have had my iPhone (~18 months). Also, sometimes after a sync (no updates from Apple) the music also vanishes. The fix has been to just resync. I finally learned to check after each sync.
