personal.xlsb not loading at startup (Excel 2007 SP1)

I have been using Excel 2007 for about 6+ months and have been experiencing a problem with getting my personal.xlsb file to load at startup.

I have attached screen shot of the location of the file, what else can I check or do to make sure this file loads every time I startup Excel?

Try placing the file in

C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftExcelXLStart

(this is for Windows XP, it’ll be different for Windows Vista). Since Application Data is a hidden folder, you must display hidden files and folders to be able to see it.
