Using data validation, I created a drop down lists & added them next to a pivot table. Is there a way to “link” the rows of the drop down lists to a specific field in the pivot table?

I don’t see a pivot table and I don’t see any cells with a validation dropdown, so I don’t know what the workbook you attached has to do with the question, but I fear that the answer is no.

I wasn’t able to import the entire file because it was too large. Thanks for getting back to me.

I am not sure I understand the question. Why use validation if you want them linked in some way. I would think that a Vlookup of some sort in Col C would be what you area after. Thus you would lookup the value of Col A in a table and extract the results. But you would have to ensure that the number of rows of formula are larger than the possible rows in the pivot table.
