Print an excel spreadsheet of workgroup
Is it possible to print an excel spreadsheet containing the details (or at least the users) in a workgrop? Please advise.

You should be able to get to the MDW information by poking around in the Object Model. For example, DBEngine.Workspaces(0).Groups(0).Name gets you the name of the first group user group (usually “Admins”); DBEngine.Workspaces(0).Users(0).Name gets you the name of the first user (usually “admin”). One option is to drill into and around the structure using VBA and populate your own Access table with the data of interest. Then use a query and Office Links — Analyze it with MS Excel to generate the spreadsheet.

You can print out a report of Users/Groups and Groups/Users from the User & Group Accounts dialog “Print Users and Groups” button (see illustration). There’s no option to output this report to Excel, however.
