A colleague has complained that the text size is too small to print all the notes on one page, and she’ld like to be able to wrap the notes onto a second page.

There are some suggestions in an old, closed, 2002 thread http://windowssecrets.com/forums/showthread//27402-Printing-speaker-notes-(PowerPoint-2000)?highlight=powerpoint+print+notes+pages – resizing the slide to create more space on the one page; or creating [a] blank slide after the slide, and cutting and pasting some of the notes onto that [those] slide. But perhaps with a more modern version of Powerpoint there’s now a better way that somebody knows of?

Do the notes actually have to remain in PowerPoint? Could you export the presentation as handouts to Word, then add the additional text there? Just thinking out loud.
