I have a query that has a field that calculates the Total Due. I have formatted it to be Standard, with 2 Decimal Places. But when I merge the document into Word, it is with no decimal places. (e.g. 18.40 merged is 18.4, or 40.00 merged is 40). Is there any way to have it keep the format when I merge it?

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

{ MERGEFIELD YourField # #,##0.00 }
In the index of the help in word type : Field
Scroll down to Field codes: MergeField field
You can click on the little arrow after For more information to go to General Switches
There you can choose between the different type of fields. -
