Usually it’s recommended to re-install the program the corrupted uninstall is associated with then uninstall it. When all else fails I’ve have success with this program but it can be dangerous:

Before you uninstall, make sure to create a manual restoration point first.

SuperAntispyware [paid for version] has a folder/file delete module built in. However, consider using as a last resort, it could leave a “registry hole.”

I’ve started installing “Revo Un-Installer FREE” with every new PC setup. It does a great job of deleting unwanted programs, including the Spyware that comes pre-installed on new PC’s. (Like the Wild Tangent Games)

Many people use the “Cleanup” program in windows and some even run it in Extended mode (I do), but…..and I’ve said this 1000 times, at least…..
DO NOT EVER select to delete the “Install Log files”. With that install log gone, Windows will not know how to uninstall anything, and you’re stuck with it, till you use a program like the “Revo Un-Installer”.

Even after using Revo, you may still have to manually go through your Programs folders and delete the folder for the old program that you thought was gone.

Don’t forget that Revo uninstaller free doesn’t uninstall 64 bit programs. Not that there’s that many but people need to be aware.
