I want to be able to reject messages sent to a public folder after a specific date. I am happy with setting up a rule using the folder assistant. I want to use a specific reply to anyone sending anything after the closing date. I have set up a template but everytime I try to finish the rule set up I get a message saying “Changes to the rule could not be saved. You do not have the Send As permission required to create a Reply With Template rule for this public folder.” I am the folder owner.
Can anyone help please ? Where and what do I need to do?!
