I have a client who does not want to use mouse for any reason. I have a report that I run in acViewPreview mode. I use the acCmdZoom100 to make the data readable. Is there any key stroke or combination of keys that he could use to navigate between pages. According to the Help, if I use the fit to window setting the page up and page down work, BUT, the data cannot be read at that setting.

    TIA

The only way I know is to use [F5] to move to the navigation bar where it asks you for a record number.

        Mark,

Thanks. I will present this to my client and see if it meets his needs, else/otherwise I will do a continuous form report for them.

      Hi El

While in 100%, press Z, Arrow Down, Z to go to next page and back to 100%

      My operators use the following:

      PRINT PREVIEW KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

100% view, Use Arrow Keys to navigate Left, Right, Up and Down of current Report Page.

Z – Toggles between 100% View and Fit to Window View

While in Fit to Window View:

      Down Arrow – Next Page
      Up Arrow- Previous Page
      End – End of Report
      Home – Begin of Report

F5 – Enter Go To Page Number
      S – Page Setup Dialog
      P – Print Dialog
Shift+F10 – Print Preview Menu (right mouse click)
C – Close Print Preview Window

Would be interested in other shortcuts you may have.

      HTH, John
