How do I add an item to the right click context menu? I would like to add image resizer so that it is available to resize a jpeg.

Libbie,
An alternative to consider is to set your jpeg files to open (when double clicked) with Irfanview (a good, free, efficient program). When the image is shown hit Ctrl+R and the image resize window will let you make it any size you want.

If you are asking about the MS Windows XP powertoy, “Image Resizer”, then, when it is installed there will be a entry in the “Context menu” (right click) when ever a image is selected.
