    I would like to add a sequential number field to a form that is updated when the form is printed. Can anyone give me any pointers?

      Hello, PaulJ — can you be more specific… such as do you want it to increment by one each time it’s printed, or maybe each time it’s opened and saved?

        Karen,
        I would like the number to be incremented each time the document is printed. I now going to ask for the impossible – can it be done without macros, using one of Word’s field or autotext ?
