    As Skype v7 is about to be discontinued, I had to “upgrade” to v8. After doing this on various computers with various accounts, they all now have a contact named “Unknown Bot” that wasn’t there before, and it can’t be removed in the usual way (Profile > click on name, click on Delete). Why has this contact appeared, and can it be removed?
