Microsoft promises doesn’t help or answer my question.

I need a tool that will scan both installed and portable software for Windows 11 compatibility.

So pose that very question or statement to Google to see what comes up in the search results. Sift through them slowly and carefully, because many hits will likely be about whether or not a machine or device is Windows 11 compatible, whereas you’re looking for software compatibility with Windows 11.

If, after going through the search results you haven’t found any specific tool, but only references to software webpages with specifications saying that a given piece of software is compatible with Windows 11, then the tool you’re looking for may not currently exist, and may never really exist even in the future.

I already did that.

I suppose that enterprises do have such a tool to use before upgrading thousands of PCs to Windows 11.
