In column A, I have > 100 names, some of which are duplicates. In column B I have contract numbers associated with the name in column A, with some of the names having more than one unique contract number associated with it. What I would like to do is create a third list in columns C & D that would list all of the names and their associated contract numbers. Any help? Thanks in advance.

      JL,

I’m not exactly sure what you want the new list to look like an example might help.
You might also want to look into using a Pivot Table do do the aggregation, especially if there are multiples, e.g. More that one contract number per name and more than one name per contract number.
