ok, so i have a spin button on my worksheet, linked to a cell out of view, and then back to the cell next to it via a formula in that cell, so i can alter the formatting, and display a zero with the sheet set to hide them, and also so i can leave said cell locked, because the spin button cannot adjust locked cells :rolleyes:
so all is good, i have not assigned a macro to the spin button, as i do not need it to trigger anything, hence why i have not used the activeX version, also the form one is nicer to look at, and doesn’t need messing around with so it doesn’t take focus on click.
The only oddity i have, and i don’t understand why it would do it by design, is that when in unlocked mode, moving the mouse over the spin button results in a hand icon, perfect….. however, when you lock the spin button, and then the sheet, the icon changes as you mouse over still, but this time to the northwest arrow …… wtf :confused:
anyone got any idea if this is a bug or what ? obviously i can live with it, but it would be nice to have the hand icon back, as the other objects on the worksheet have that
