I have a list that includes a start date/time and a stop date/time. I can create a new colum that calculates the difference. However, the value shows up as either a decimal time (or if I format it as a date/time value, as occuring somewhere around 1900. I have been able to modify the formula to seek the hours of the difference in values, but this is only good up to 23 hours. Is there a way to create a formula that will provide the total duration in hours (or even days, hours, minutes) in sharepoint?

    Thanks!
