update multiple Word Content control (drown down boxes) at once

i have a monthly calendar with a section in each day (for my office) that has a dropdown box for current employees. as employees come and go, this needs to be updated. however updating 260 (52 weeks x 5 days) of them seems crazy. there has to be a way to update all of them at once…. i’m hoping someone will know
