• USB won’t recognise one USB storage

    Hi guys, I have 3 usb storage sticks, one the computer use to recognise is no longer detected when I insert it in usb no matter which usb in my desktop. The data is still intact and when I insert it in another computer it works fine. Please help

      o Unplug all USB sticks
      o Delete the file C:WindowsinfINFCACHE.1
      o Restart Windows

      Hi ack, I did like you told me and couple of reboots to be sure,USB still won’t detect this one USB stick made by retail Plus+. Maybe the best way is to replace it with another new one, unless somebody comes up with a solution.Thanks anyway.

      At the cost of these USB Flash Drive, replace it. You can get a multi GB drive for $20. Why take the chance on a drive that’s possibly bad, or worse yet infected.
