I have a spreadsheet (drastically pared down and attached) that I use to track completion of jobs. I print out the Completion Pivot page each week on the same day every week.
I have added the Scheduled, Completed and Percentage cells to the right of the pivot table.
COUNTIF works fine for the Completed cell, since that date is manually entered. I’d like to automate the Scheduled cell.
Currently I can just change the date in the formula for that cell, and it works fine. What I’d like to do is have the Scheduled cell display the number of jobs scheduled based upon the date in the Jobs Due By column of the Schedule sheet.
The date in this column is determined by the Last Date Completed and the Freq columns on the Schedule sheet.
I’ve tried various permutations of Date, Now and Sum. If I knew half of what I think I know about Excel, this might be easy…but that ain’t the case
Any help would be appreciated.
