I wish to use PPT 2003 templates in 2007 but seem unable to achive this.

Is there a way to achieve this as I have some very good templates that I would like to keep using?

Have you tried saving the 2003 templates as 2003 presentations, then opening them in 2007 and then saving them as 2007 templates?

Edit: If your 2003 templates contain any macros, this COULD be your problem.

2003 pot files should work in 2007

Either New > From existing and browse to the pot file
OR to apply to a presentation
Design Tab > More button just right of the theme thumbnails > Browse for Themes (it will find pot files as well as thmx files)
