Hi, i played with macrium 7 , made an image witch i mounted on viboot and used as is, today had some errors and the vm rebooted and never started….after all the attempts to recover it, i think i ducked up. i messed up the fixed disk, now i managed to restore the working wm but i dont have the files… i still have in program data some “things” but i can’t bring back the backup “Error 9”

vm was with win 11 x64
How can i acces the last state before crash?
I have something similar in C:\Programdata like
0019201964985F07.incremental 480gb and some other smaller files.
    Any help would be appreciated

The backup image should not have changed, so recreating the VM from it should get you back to where you started.

Make sure you have plenty of free space on your disk. Creating the VM may use at least as much space as the original backup.

Check that the image is OK using the Macrium verify option.
Delete any old VM /viboot files.
      Create a new viboot.

      cheers, Paul
