Where is the Access Developers Tab

I am looking for some help on where the Access Developer tab has gone in my installation.  I have tried repair without success.  Help Please….

From what I can see there is no Developer Tab in either Access 2010 or Office 365 Access versions.

To modify the ribbon: File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon.

It’s not in 2013 either.

There is no Developer tab in Microsoft Access. It is available in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher, but not in Access.
