WiFi for Windows 10 IOT for Raspberry Pi 2

I have installed the second release of Windows 10 IOT on my Raspberry Pi 2. The first Release didn’t know about WiFi. The second release knows about WiFi, but doesn’t recognize my WiFi adapter. I have found a discussion of this online, but all it says, is that Windows 10 IOT doesn’t recognize all WiFi adapters, but that it does recognize the Official Raspberry Pi WiFi adapter which is sold in the Raspberry Pi store, and ships from England.

Does anyone know if there are any WiFi adapters that are more available that will work with Windows 10 IOT?

I decided to get the Official Raspberry Pi WiFi Adapter from the Raspberry Pi Store, They are 6 pounds UK, and they are sold out. It turns out that they are available from other sources, which are also in the UK. The Raspberry Pi dongles/adapters are available from Pimoroni.com, but they wanted all of my information before they would give me a shipping estimate.

So I went to thepihut.com where the Raspberry Pi dongles/adapters are also available and they gave me two shipping estimates, 3 pounds UK and 30 pounds UK for UPS. I decided that I didn’t need the 30 pound shipping so the total was 9 pounds UK which is $13.50 in real money.

Has anyone else loaded Windows IOT onto a Raspberry Pi?

Having chosen the cheapest way to ship, I hope it will not be too long before I have it.

I don’t have a Pi2,only the previous version. Amazon has some stuff listed I have not checked applicability for PI2 w IOT WX. I would tyr to find the chipset that an supported device has and find a device with the same . Of course its only $6 more. :;):

My Raspberry Pi 2 B with Raspian supports every WiFi adapter I have, which is 5 or 6, I don’t want to search through everything to get an accurate count, but Windows 10 IOT apparently only supports the Official Raspberry Pi WiFi adapter.
