    Hello,

I have a question please, if someone knows what this means (see pictures), can you tell me? Does it really help, if I set diagnostic data to level 3? Does anyone have at least SOME experince with this? Did this EVER helped anybody apart Microsoft?

Does level 3 mean, that microsoft can really gather your data including some exact input data? What if our PR department computer crashes during creation process of new user? Does M$ get his personal data?

Also, why  is this setting set as default in PRO versions, that are mostly used for bussiness now-a-days (until M$ pushes us all to go for one-year-licensing-havoc)?

This is like a bad dream. We are all hostages. Half-baked updates and hot-fixes… 1809 still not released as stable at March 2019? Shame on you, shame on you…

Please follow the –Lounge Rules– no personal attacks, no swearing (not necessary to make a point).

1809 was released more than four months ago. What’s unstable about it?

I’m still running 1803 at home, but my 1809 work laptop has been as stable as it was on 1803.

I have my home machines set to Full telemetry, with no fears.
The keylogger is a part of ink and typing prediction and can be disabled with no ill effects. If you want the machine to learn from you, it will check what you type. Fairly easy to understand…

I used to be fearful of Win10 and its data collection, but at this point I’m fine with it. It is no longer a concern. They didn’t hang themselves on the proverbial rope when I wasn’t transmitting anything, and they didn’t when I switched to Basic either. If a crash report helps them fix something, my opinion is “have at it”. The data for the most part is sanitized and anonymized, so again, I’m fine with it.
