Hi!
I am trying to access a template from a shared central drive. I seem to be mapping to that location correctly through workgroup templates, but every time I start up my laptop, the templates are not showing up in Word and when I check the workgroup templates path it is blank and I have to manually remap. What doesn’t seem to “stick” is the assignment of my template to Workgroup Templates in Word options.
My IT set it up, is there a possibility that it’s a problem with the group policy they set to assign it?
Any suggestions?
