AskWoody PlusI see your point, but the Microsoft site for these KB’s does say:
ImportantThis update is included in the Security and Quality Rollup that’s dated November 10, 2020. Parts of this update were previously released in the rollup that’s dated October 13, 2020.Maybe I am misunderstanding what they mean? I appreciate any feedback you have!

I was also just looking in to this issue and I believe that the .NET updates (both 4586084 and 4586085) do not need to be installed if you are installing the 2020-11 Cumulative update (4586845). I am rolling out 4586845 this week and will try and remember to reply to this thread again if the systems stop requesting 4586084 and 4586085 after 4586845 is installed.

AskWoody PlusThanks for your reply! The systems use windows updates for detection and then installation is performed by a RMM tool.
