      Unable to fix the problem. Cannot find Winx and Group2.
      Also cannot seem to get Win X Menu Editor.

      Have been in contact with Bitwarden support and they eventually helped
      me sort out my problem. They were very helpful and patient. Have now
      upgraded my Account.

      Thanks for the reply.
      I downloaded Thunderbird again, using the English(US) version.
      This seems to have removed the Francais from the language alternatives.

      I did the same for Firefox and no reference to Francais.
      Hopefully this has solved the problem for me.

      Thanks for the reply.
      That does not work.Have tried.
      The only option I get with Francais is move up or down.The remove
      option remains greyed out.

      I managed to sort out the problem and get back to English.

      This was caused by a programme I had called “Patch My PC”  which I have now removed.

      Why is my sentences double spacing on questions and replies?

      This process seems very complicated to me, and I am 
      reluctant to try in case a mess up my PC completely.
      I thought switching from 32bit to 64bit was easy.

      Since uninstalling Unchecky, I have updated to Windows 2004 and have had no further ID 10035 errors.
