Can confirm the same behavior after applying updates to a W10 Home v22H2 PC, with the empty C:\inetpub folder creation timestamp 2 seconds prior to the timestamp of the pagefile.sys, swapfile.sys, and other system files created at boot.
After applying the April patches to a handful of test machines (Win 10 LTSC 2019, Win10 22H2, and Win11 23H2/24H2), I noticed that they all gained a new, empty inetpub folder at the root of C:. Anyone else seeing the same?Susan Bradley Patch Lady/Prudent patcher
