Dear Paul – that is actually amazing – thank you.

I forgot one other tweak to this tweaking that I am trying to do.

To exclude any code that isn’t 0203, 0207 or 0208.

Meaning to exclude 028… Which I added to this attached XLSX.

      TIA. BJ.

Thank you all; @krweaver; I get the error message (screenshot attached).

Perhaps I am making an error?

      Many thanks.

    • Hello folks; the intention is to have access to a reliable list of company data for our company staff to market their services. They will follow the correct protocols, laws etc.

Please can share other decent websites apart from this one. Will appreciate.

      TIA.

    • in reply to: How to keep current app window “on top”? #1565526

      Dear RG,

Your post gave me a brainwave!

At least we are getting closer to the issue. What I can see that it works OK for all applications EXCEPT for Chrome browser.

Other apps happily jump to the fore. But Chrome windows (sometimes 10+) stay in the background.

Does this help us formulate a solution?

    • in reply to: Cannot access hard disc… #1513058

      Dear RG,

Let me provide a couple of screenshots.

      41223-g_drive

This one above shows how the G: drive doesn’t provide a drive (that you can access). All the others you have the bar. You can click and access them.

      41225-g_drive_dos

This one shows that you can run a chkdsk from DOS and it does actually recognise the drive. It even cleans some bad sectors.

So how can I fix this and gain access to my files?

      TIA

      BJ

      Fantastic

    • in reply to: Restore downloaded emails? #1402345

The funny bit is the unticking was done by MSOffice auto-config, not by myself.

2010 is a bit smarter & does not do this.

    • in reply to: Restore downloaded emails? #1402317

Because of the option to ‘Keep messages on server’ being unticked, all of them were downloaded!

      How can I re-upload them?

I was thinking of running some Rule that would email all of the Inbox back to Yahoo!

Problem with this is that all messages will be from me & not from originator. This is not a perfect solution, but at least I can search on the messages.

      Please advise. TIA.

Dropbox just uses a local folder, e.g. C:dropboxSo I wonder if I can change the path for my favorites I explorer browser to other than the defaultI.e. to C:dropboxmy favorites

    • in reply to: Define location for bookmarks #1367535

Fantastic. Ok so here’s another scenario.

WHat if I want to change the path from my C: drive to my Dropbox (cloud based drive)?

I.e. can I change the path somewhere in the IE config? Registry?!

      Ben.

    • in reply to: Calculate % difference #1365426

      That’s great. Thanks.

I have a small twist on this. Attached is another sheet.

I need to show the +/- variation between the months as a percentage.

Good to have the + and – symbols showing as well.

      Thanks in advance.

      BJ.

      Dear Maud,

This is very nice. But please advise the reason for dividing by 15 (rows 43 onwards)?

What I mean is, where does the number 15 come from?

      Thanks.

      BJ.
