Locking and Unlocking the Start Menu Tiles

Somehow I have managed to lock the positions of the tiles in my start menu, and now cannot unlock them.

I looked on the net and tried a couple “solutions” but they did not seem to work.

How can I get the Start Menu tiles unlocked so that they can be moved and/or placed differently from the “default” setup?

Your post is, IMO, a little sparce on detail.

For example, are you using any third-party ‘Start menu’ utilities to change the look/feel of the default Start menu?

True Launch is new to me and it’s not clear whether you are using a free version. I’m not even sure I’ve found the right product.

Have you tried its support forum, http://forum.tordex.com/forum-21.html, for example? My only concern is that it’s not a secure connection… so be careful.
