(it is not disabled in registry – restored back to before registry changes )
from 22H2
took 23H2
took 1455
enabled it in group policy
(1354 is also on)

no switch in personalize/taskbar.
(I can easily image back to before I took 23H2)

that is about icons. There exists no SWITCH in settings/personalize/taskbar for it, for me.

Got a much bigger prob – can tell wumgr to use default win mgr, however, win mgr no longer works.
