I just installed the latest Windows update this morning (2-28-2023). I haven’t noticed anything wrong with the software. However when I went to print out a document. It either came up with an error when I tried twice to print the document. Or on a different document, it would print it out. But it took longer than normal. Any ideas on what I can do to resolve my issue? Could my printer be experiencing issues? My printer is a Brother MFC-J895DW model.

Whatever issue it was. Either a Windows update or something unknown to me. My issue has since been resolved.

I have a Brother MFC-8460N attached with a network CAT-5 cable.

It occasionally will fail to respond to a “Print” request from the print-spooler.

I simply power cycle the printer and all is well for a few weeks or months.

Hello,

I have an issue with updating Win10 to v. 22H2 – I just ran the *.ISO file for 22H2, and after doing it, “winver” say I am still running 21H2.

I think I know why – I have kind of been a disciple of Susan Bradley and, back a while, she has made a suggestion on how to keep Win10 from updating when it was undesirable. It had to do with putting the name of the newest version you wanted to allow in a field in gpedit, and I did so, and now my brain is fading as to WHERE that field is !!

Help !! Can someone assist me on this.

See AKB6000003. Download and run the script to move to/stay on Win10 22H2.
Once you run the script, Win10 22H2 should be available in Windows Update within 24 hours (or less).
